1. Overview

We aim to deliver high-quality online coaching, digital training plans, nutrition guidance, and mentorship through Savage Training Systems. As a digital-first service, our refund policy is structured in accordance with UK consumer law and reflects the nature of the services we provide.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Training Plans, Programmes)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you lose the right to cancel a purchase of digital content once downloading or access has begun — unless you have not yet accessed the product and contact us within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

If your digital product is faulty, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side, we will replace or restore access at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.

3. Coaching Services (1-to-1, Online Coaching, Mentoring)

For coaching sessions, the following applies:

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Block bookings (e.g., 5 sessions for £200) are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be issued within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the services have been accessed or delivered.

All refund requests must be made in writing to savagetrainingsystemsuk@gmail.com.

4. Subscriptions or Recurring Plans

If you’ve signed up for a recurring service or monthly coaching plan:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.

  • No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle once access has been granted to training or support materials.

  • We do not refund renewal charges once billed unless there was an error on our part.

5. Merchandise

Refunds and returns for physical goods are covered under our separate Shipping Policy and are not included in this document.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a dispute:

We aim to respond within 3 working days and resolve refund cases within 7–10 working days.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the effective date clearly shown.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
