Savage Training Systems – Merchandise Orders

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Custom or limited-edition products may require additional processing time. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

UK Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days from dispatch

• Carrier: Royal Mail, Evri, or equivalent tracked service

• Cost: Displayed at checkout

UK Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1–2 working days from dispatch

• Additional fees apply

International Shipping

• Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (varies by country)

• Carrier: International tracked services

• Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer

3. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t working within 24 hours, please contact us at savagetrainingsystemsuk@gmail.com.

4. Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery office, you may be required to pay additional postage to have it re-shipped.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed or missing beyond expected delivery times:

• UK: Please allow 7 working days from dispatch

• International: Please allow 14 working days

Contact us at savagetrainingsystemsuk@gmail.com with your order number. If your item is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be offered. If your item arrives damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Pre-Orders

If your item is a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be listed in the product description. Please allow additional time for these orders to ship. You will still receive tracking information once shipped.

7. Shipping Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the effective date listed.
